Payment Cycle

At Neerkart, we ensure that our vendors receive their payments on time and with complete transparency. The payment cycle for vendors works as follows:

  • Weekly Payouts: Vendors will receive payments on a weekly basis. All orders completed by Sunday night will be included in the next payment cycle, and the payout will be processed by Friday.

  • Order Completion: Once an order is marked as delivered and the return period has ended, the payment for that order is processed.

  • Payment Notification: Vendors will receive notifications via email or dashboard regarding their payment details, including the payout amount and any deductions.

  • Early Withdrawal: Vendors also have the option for early payout requests, subject to certain conditions.
Fee Type

To maintain smooth operations and provide high-quality services to both vendors and customers, Neerkart charges the following fees:

a. Commission Fee:

  • Neerkart takes a small commission on every successful sale made through the platform.
  • The commission percentage varies depending on the product category. It generally ranges between 5% to 15%.

b. Payment Gateway Fee:

  • This fee covers the cost of processing payments made by customers through various payment methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets).
  • Generally, this fee is around 2% of the total transaction amount.

c. Fulfillment Fee (if using Neerkart logistics):

  • If vendors use Neerkart’s logistics for delivery, a fulfillment fee is charged to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
  • It is based on the size, weight of the product, and the delivery destination.

d. Listing Fee (Optional):

  • Neerkart offers premium listing services where vendors can pay to feature their products prominently for better visibility.
  • This fee is optional and varies depending on the listing type (e.g., featured products, homepage placement).

e. Return Handling Fee:

  • If a product is returned by the customer, a small handling fee is charged to cover return logistics and processing.
  • A fixed amount per returned product.

f. Storage Fee (for warehousing services):

  • Vendors who use Neerkart’s warehousing services will be charged based on the space their products occupy in storage.
  • This is a monthly charge based on cubic meters used.
Calculate Gross Margin
