Return and Refund Policy

### **Neerkart Returns & Refunds Policy**

#### **1. Return Eligibility**
- Customers can return products within **7 days** of receiving them.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Certain items, such as personalized products, sale items, or hygiene-related products (underwear, cosmetics), are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

 

#### **2. Defective or Damaged Products**
- If the product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify the customer support team within **48 hours** of receiving the product.
- Neerkart will provide a free replacement or process a refund based on the customer's request for defective or damaged products.

 

#### **3. Refund Process**
- Once the return is approved and the product is inspected, the refund will be initiated.
- The refund will be processed within **7-10 business days** and will be credited to the original payment method.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

 

#### **4. Exchange Policy**
- Customers can request an exchange within **7 days** of receiving the product. Exchanges can be made for the same or higher-value products.

 

#### **5. Non-Returnable Items**
- Items like perishable goods (food items), personal care products (cosmetics), or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned. 

 

#### **6. How to Initiate a Return/Refund**
- Customers must contact Neerkart customer support via **support@neerkart.com** or **+977-9767713867**, providing their order number and issue details.
- Neerkart will arrange a return pickup or offer the option for the customer to ship the product directly to the Neerkart warehouse.

 

#### **7. Return Shipping Charges**
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Neerkart will cover the return shipping charges.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

 

#### **8. Refund Status Tracking**
- Customers will receive an email notification for the refund status, or they can log into their account on the Neerkart website and check the order history section for updates.
